Tracks 2, 5 & 9 are studio recordings from Studio Wentworth, Salford mid 2001; all other tracks recorded live on the American tour of November 2001: track 1 from the Crocodile Cafe, Seattle on 20 November 2001; tracks 3-4, 6-7 from The Knitting Factory, New York on 25 November 2001; tracks 8 & 11 from The Knitting Factory, New York on 23 November 2001; tracks 10 & 12 from The Knitting Factory, Los Angeles on 15 November 2001.
Incorrect song titles are as they appear on the cover artwork. Tracks 2 & 9 had been scheduled for release on an EP entitled "The Present" which was withdrawn and never released. Track 5 comes from the single Rude (All The Time).
