Recorded live at the Great American Music Hall, San Francisco on 19 November 2001.
The double LP contained a free bonus CD containing tracks 1-9 (track 8 was split into the two separate songs). The initial pressing of 1,000 was in a gatefold sleeve on purple vinyl.

Released on 30 September 2013 on Ozit - Morpheus Records CD: OZITDANCD 9014 with a slightly different cover. The tracklisting was tracks 1-16 above, but track 8 was split into the two separate songs and tracks 13 and 14 were joined together. There was a final bonus track of an interview with Mark E Smith (4:14).
