The User's Guide says the Fall played "a brace of Brazilian festival dates" in the summer of 1989; Steve Hanley says they played a three-day festival. Luiz Claudio, who attended the second day of the festival and taped the Fall's set (see above), says The Fall played only two shows in Brazil, including the first day of the festival. Also on the bill: Laurie Anderson and Philip Glass.
